Award Winning Teacher Empowers Female Students

Monday, 5 September, The Educator, Brett Henebery. Logan teacher, Stacey King, spoke to the Educator about empowering female students and winning one of two $20,000 Empowering Girls in Maths prizes at this year’s Choose Maths Awards. Head of Maths at Mabel Park State High School, Stacey took out top honours along with Penrhos College’s Peter Chandler.
